Profile

Backend developer with four years of experience across Azure environments and .NET technologies. I taught myself what my formal education did not cover by building complete applications in my own time: microservices business platforms, full-stack e-commerce, real-time systems. Based in Arezzo, Italy, and available for remote work.

Frontend: React Progressive Web App with offline support, real-time push notifications and a responsive interface. Backend: .NET REST API with Entity Framework, PostgreSQL database, custom API gateway for centralised routing. DevOps: fully containerised architecture with Docker and docker-compose, a dedicated subnet for inter-container communication, rate limiting, load balancing, request logging, XSS and CSRF prevention, and CI/CD pipelines on self-hosted GitHub Actions runners.

Education

BSc in Electronic Engineering (not completed) — Politecnico di Torino, 2016–2018. 90 of 180 credits. Object-oriented programming in C++, data structures and graph traversal, engineering fundamentals.

Scientific secondary school diploma — Nunziatella Military School, 2013–2016. Grade 82/100.

Soft skills

Working under pressure. Real emergency experience as an Italian Red Cross volunteer, including road accidents and cardiac arrests: staying clear-headed and making decisions under stress is not an interview claim, it is something I have had to do.

Communication. Assisting disoriented people and coordinating with medical teams in high-tension settings. Active listening and clear communication for when the other person has to understand the first time.

Problem solving. Objective assessment first, the right questions before the solutions, and collaboration to identify the actual problem rather than the symptom.

Teamwork. Decision-making and planning under pressure, with attention to how my choices land on everyone else’s workload.
