I am Giuseppe Rega, a .NET backend developer. By day I work on enterprise Azure applications for the Italian public sector; the rest of the time I design and ship complete systems — e-commerce, microservices, business applications — that you can open and use right now.
Every project below is online, with its own domain, automated deployment and a real database. You can check them.

Four ways this usually starts.
I design and build REST APIs in .NET with Entity Framework and PostgreSQL or SQL Server: JWT authentication, roles and permissions, validation, rate limiting, logging and versioned migrations.
Where I did it: CRI Hub
Azure Functions, third-party service integration and complex T-SQL stored procedures on SQL Server — the work I have been doing for four years on enterprise applications for INAIL.
Where I did it: Professional experience
An online shop is not an installed theme: it is server-side shipping calculation, payments, GDPR, historical pricing, product feeds and technical SEO. I have built all of it end to end.
Where I did it: A Casa di Dante
I connect language models to real products with the controls that make them safe to run: spend ceilings, rate limiting, prompt-injection defences and answers grounded in your own data.
Where I did it: This site
The backend is my craft. I know the rest well enough to hand over a finished product rather than a piece someone else has to fit in.
